Capgemini has acquired our partner company, Braincourt GmbH – Part of Capgemini, a specialist in business intelligence and data science services on October 7, 2022 – Braincourt will thus become part of the Capgemini Group.
NOVZAOON GmbH, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, remains independent and owner-managed – Prof. Armin Roth and Bastian Deck take over all shares through a management buy-out. “With the buyout of NOVAZOON, we are continuing the success story as a separate and independent company,” say Prof. Roth and Deck. “We would like to thank our Braincourt colleagues for the great collaboration and wish them all the best for their next stage with Capgemini Group.”
NOVAZOON was last published by the CIO Applications Europe magazine as one of the ten leading providers in Europe for digital business model transformation. The jury based the award in particular on the innovative methods used for transformation, the deep-tech capabilities applied, and the references of over 30 business model innovations.
